Where your access appears
Payment confirmation is the event that unlocks delivery. Once confirmed, the same access package can appear in the delivery email and in the portal view tied to the order. If email has trouble, the portal and claim flow still give you a recovery path.
Email path
Order updates, payment confirmation, and delivery information are sent to the checkout email address.
Portal path
Sign in or claim the order later if you want a dashboard view for access, orders, usage, and security activity.

Claim and manage later
Buying as a guest is still supported. If you want order history, usage visibility, connected sign-in methods, or a place to review deliveries later, use the claim link from the order email or sign in through the portal.
You can buy first, then create or claim an account later without re-buying the same access.
If email does not arrive
Do these checks in order before assuming the order failed:
- Check spam, promotions, and filtered inbox folders for the email address used at checkout.
- Use the portal or claim flow if you already have a link or an account connection.
- Open Troubleshooting if the issue looks like auth, delivery, or payment state confusion.
- Contact Telegram support with your order number if the order still looks stuck.
